Before diving into the world of real estate and design, Emily made waves as a TV producer. Managing large budgets and tight deadlines honed her skills in efficiency and creativity—traits she now brings to every project. After years in the entertainment industry, she decided it was time to channel her energy into something even more creative. She followed her passion for interior design, diving into design school, and then working as a Residential Interior Designer on projects ranging from decor to new construction. In 2020, she became a licensed Realtor and shortly there after acquired her first short term rental. Wil&Co. Homes was born—combining her experience in real estate, interior design, and investing.
