Newry/Modern Mountain Chalet

This was a brand new construction, Chalet-style property with 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms. We leaned into the ski style but made it stand out with a more modern and elevation approach—staying away from the expected log style furniture and bear decor—given the amount of new construction in the Sunday River Area. The outcome is a luxurious property that still feels family friendly.
