The partner who sees what your property could become.

Meet the founder behind Wil&Co. Homes, and the philosophy that shapes every project, from short-term rentals to historic renovations.

Do you ever look at a property and feel two things at once: real excitement about what it could become, and a low hum of anxiety about how to get there? That’s the gap Wil&Co. Homes was built to close.

Maybe you just closed on a short-term rental and have a vision but no plan. Maybe you’re staring down a historic home renovation and can’t tell what’s worth preserving from what’s safe to change. Or maybe you’re sitting on an investment property, quietly wondering how much money you may be leaving on the table.

You don’t need someone who just makes things pretty. You need someone who will tell you the truth about what actually creates value, and then help you build it.

Combining real estate expertise with a strategic eye for design

Founder Background

Working in luxury residential interior design laid the foundation for how I approach every project, teaching me the importance of thoughtful space planning, timeless materials, and the details that create truly memorable spaces. Over time, I became just as fascinated by what came before the design process—finding the right property, recognizing its potential, and making the strategic decisions that ultimately shape its success.

Today, I'm a licensed REALTOR® in Massachusetts and an active real estate investor, so I understand the decisions that influence not only how a property looks, but how it performs. Add in my former career in TV production you get someone who knows how to keep even the most complex, multi-vendor projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward with confidence.

Our Values

Timelessness

We believe great design should endure emotionally and aesthetically beyond trends. Our spaces are rooted in authenticity, restraint, and lasting impact.

Intentionality

We believe the most luxurious spaces are created through thoughtful planning and purposeful decisions. Beautiful design isn't about spending more, it's about having a clear vision and making choices that support it.

Functionality

Beautiful spaces should also work beautifully. We design environments that support the way people live, gather, travel, and experience place.

Stewardship

We believe stewardship extends beyond the properties we transform—it shapes how we work. We approach every project with respect for craftsmanship, history, and the people involved, fostering honest collaboration and thoughtful partnerships that lead to stronger outcomes.

Creative Individuality

We believe timeless spaces should feel distinctive, layered and deeply memorable. Through thoughtful contrast, unexpected elements, and creative tension, we create interiors that feel emotionally resonant and impossible to replicate.

What to expect

Every project starts the same way: a conversation about your property, your goals, and what’s realistic given your budget and timeline.

From there, the process is catered according to your desired level of service. You can always expect clear communication, honest guidance, and a plan you can actually act on. No jargon, no guesswork, no disappearing for six weeks.
